GROW is a worship development program for those who want to
learn more about worship, improve in their ability to play and sing in
worship, lead others in worship and work with others as a team.
This program is borne out of a desire to see believers in Christ Jesus
worship God with understanding and without reservation and to provide a
way for believers to develop their creative abilities with a worship
focus. At this time we are offering the program on a limited basis in
the southern California area. If you are interested in joining the
program or in starting a GROW program in your area, please contact us.

This program is borne out of a desire to see believers in Christ Jesus worship God with understanding and without reservation and to provide a way for believers to develop their creative abilities with a worship focus. This program does require a commitment of time and effort as well as a heart for worship in order to grow. There is limited space in the program and the program may not be a good fit for everyone. The GROW program is completely voluntary. It’s up to the individual to be motivated to grow.

At a minimum, you should be:
• A believer in Jesus Christ having declared Him to be your
Lord and Savior,
• A committed and involved member of a recognized Christian
church, and
• Willing to learn, practice and work at growing in your own
creative abilities and gifts and in your worship.
